Welcome to 'The Cottage'

 

This is a very woodsy and cozy family home that we make available to descendants of William and Edna Ball for one-week stays during the summer months. Constructed over 100 years ago (Renovations? Of course!), the cottage is located in Silver Bay, New York, the summer home of the YMCA on beautiful Lake George in the Adirondack Mountains. 

Lake access and Silver Bay activities are available to all cottage users (Fees apply for private Oneita Bay Boatclub usage and Silver Bay membership). 

Five Bedrooms. Two Baths. A fully functional and modern kitchen. Washer and Dryer. A cozy Living Room with a marvelous fireplace for colder nights. And a fantastic wrap-around screened porch for outdoor living and socializing. Internet Service is provided via WiFi.
